BCN Novel·la Històrica 2019

Inspired by the concept of microhistory —coined by historians such as Carlo Ginzburg, Georges Duby or Carlo Maria Cipolla—, this year's edition of Barcelona Historical Fiction is interested in "little stories that have made history". Focused, then, not on the great historical facts and the great characters but on the common people and how they lived through the changes.
