Rural women

On October 15, the International Day of Rural Women is celebrated to recognize the value of their work and claim equality in access to land, credits, agricultural materials, markets, etc. To the difficulties of gender discrimination, we must also add the deterioration of environmental conditions due to climate change.

The bibliographical selection that we propose allows us to enjoy great literary works in which women and the rural environment are essential, as well as books that invite us to trace their evolution to the present day.
